Nokia 3310 2017 is a modern version of the legendary mobile phone

The new Nokia 3310 has seen great improvements when it comes to design. The 2017 variant of Nokia 3310 brings colorful design rather than the basic design found in the original Nokia 3310. The company claims it to be the new modern-classic mixed design. It has got some new colors e.g. Warm Red (Glossy), Dark Blue (Matte), Yellow (Glossy), Grey (Matte). Buttons are also changed at least the navigation buttons. The new navigation buttons are rounded in size. It is lighter and slimmer than the original Nokia 3310.

2. Display:

The original Nokia 3310 was introduced with monochrome display. But this is 2017, things have changed and Engineers sitting in HMD’s office have accepted it and introduced new design .  The new Nokia 3310 has got color display which is a LCD panel. The display resolution is 240×320 pixels which make it 167ppi.

3. Micro USB port:

Gone are days with pin charger of old Nokia phones. The new Nokia 3310 comes with standard micro USB port which can also be used for data transfer.

4. Headphone jack:

Yes, the Nokia 3310 in 2017 has been introduced with the standard 3.5mn headphone jack which wasn’t present in 2000 when the original Nokia 3320 was introduced. The new Nokia 3310 brings support for FM Radio and MP3 player. So it can be a best basic MP3 player as it has 3.5mm headphone jack.

5. Camera:

The Nokia 3310 in 2017 has got a camera also.  The camera used in 2017 Nokia 3310 is a 2MP sensor. It has also got a LED flash coupled with it. The camera will help you take some casual shots. As it is 2MP sensor, don’t expect any outstanding shots.

6. New UI:

The Nokia 3310 in 2017 has been introduced with Series S30+ Operating Systems. It is being used in many other Nokia feature phones out there. The company has included some basic themes also along with the new Nokia 3310.

7. Memory:

The original Nokia 3310 was introduced a memory to store 8 missed calls, 8 received calls and 8 dialled calls. It also had few contacts storage in it. But the new Nokia 3310 gets 16MB of basic storage which will let you store many contacts and messages. It also has got 32GB of micro SD card support. With the micro SD card, you can store many more music files .

8. New snake game:

The old age Nokia Snake game is back with the Nokia 3310 in 2017. The new game is developed by Gameloft for the Nokia 3310 (2017). The company has also introduced the Nokia Snakes game on Facebook messenger and that one is developed by Cool Games and is available currently in 39 countries.

9. Support for Dual Sim:

The Nokia 3310 was a single SIM device in 2000. Back in 2000s we didn’t see any manufacturer bringing Dual sim  phone. But now it’s 2017 and the Nokia 3310 has been reimagined with Dual Sim connectivity. Both  the SIM slots accept Mini sim and have dual standby for both.

10. Improved battery:

The Nokia 3310 in 2017 has been re-introduced with much bigger sized battery. The original Nokia 3310 came with 900mAh battery whereas the Nokia 3310 in 2017 comes with 1200mAh battery. The company claims it to have 22 hours of continuous talk-time and 31 days of standby time. The original Nokia 3310 was thick but this one is slimmer and has bigger battery also. This is called advancement in technology.

11. Bluetooth connectivity:

Ok guys, here’s the good news, the Nokia 3310 of 2017 brings Bluetooth connectivity also . The original Nokia 3310 was a monochrome one without any multimedia features. But the Nokia 3310 in 2017 has brought many multimedia features like MP3 player, camera with LED Flash and Bluetooth connectivity.
